Recycle your printer cartridges for a good cause

Remember the forecasts of a "paperless society?" The idea was that we would be able to access a computer quickly and easily for any information we could possibly need. The internet has helped us get amazingly close to the information part of the vision. But if you're like me, you also like to have that piece of paper "for your files!" I've always hated the idea of throwing used printer cartidges into a landfill, and I've been waiting for HP to send me their recycling envelops for about 6 months now! I've just received a recycling envelope for Starlight-Starbright Children's Foundation. The envelopes and postage are free, and the foundation, which helps seriously ill children, receives $2 per cartridge you send. If you work for a company, they'll also send you a collection box, which you can then send in. So if you haven't quite gone to paperless (and "printer-less") yet, please consider sending your used inkjet cartridges to Starlight-Starbright Children's Foundation.
